We had an opener installed on our rear door and as always Elesvan was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was good before he left and set up all of our devices, programmed all the remotes, and helped us set up our accounts so we would be able to use it on our phones. Elsevan Rojas came to the rescue when my garage cleaning efforts (again) knocked the sensors out of line. He not only realigned the sensors but moved them a little higher so that I’m able to sweep under the sensors in the future without knocking them out of alignment. He showed me how to use the app and sold me a universal remote for my other garage door. He was the most helpful technician I’ve had yet!
Jose texted me in advance and arrived early for my appointment. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my door sensors and very systematically and efficiently rewired to restore the power delivery. He lubricated both garage door rollers and tracks as a bonus. These guys are the best (I had Elesvan the last time who was also great)

Called durable door on a Friday and Jose Z came out Saturday morning and was able to quickly diagnose and fix all my issues. He replaced two motors and was able to connect all the doors to the app on my phone. Would definitely recommend him!

Recently had two 9'x7' garage door and garage door opener replaced by Juan and Jose. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns and answered them, and they did a fantastic job. Called Durable Door for an emergency repair when our garage door cable snapped and the door came off the tracks. The response time was amazing, the repairman was here within the hour. Had an issue with garage door not opening properly. I called the office and Henry come down to inspect and found it was just small leaf stuck with one sensor .. he removed and it was all back up running smooth. Called Durable Door due to broken torsion spring on our garage. They were the only one available on Saturday. A technician named Elesvan came within few hours after calling, and installed a clamp as a temporary solution. He returned four days later and completely changed out two springs and now everything is working well. He also lubricated all the parts before leaving. Good experience!

Durable Door replaced our garage door opener a few years ago, quick, easy and painless. One of the cables just broke yesterday, called and they were able to come out today. Elesvan did a quick job replacing the cables, Sprayed some of the rollers, joints, and bearings to stop the squeaking (somehow my spray couldn’t seem to find the right spots), and also gave me some tips on maintenance. Very helpful, did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Our Buyers inspection turned up missing eyes and a tension issue with one of our garage doors, something that we had never realized. I called Durable Door and requested next day service and they were more than happy to oblige. Their technician Elesvan Rojas arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and promptly provided us with the cost for repair. The existing garage door was original to the home but in an effort to save us money, Elesvan installed eyes, however as suspected they didn’t work with the old opener. So we made the decision to replace it and luckily Elesvan had one on the truck that fit. In a couple of hours, he installed the new opener, greased all tracks for smooth operation and inspected and greased the tracks of the other garage door too! Our double door at the Newton VFW could not be locked as there was a problem with the push bar on Friday 3-1-24. I called and spoke with Amelia, and she was able to schedule for a technician to come today, Saturday 3-2-24.

I called them for an appt and they sent Elesvan Rojas over in a couple of hours. Eles was very knowledgeable, honest and patient with my questions. Had an Emergency situation and after a quick call to Durable Door, one of their Techs was at my house within an hour. We found Durable Doors from a local recommendation and are so glad we did. One of the reasons we loved the service was that the booking was super easy, and the office staff gave us all the pricing info upfront (flat service fee, hourly rate, + any parts). We called a few other places and either didn't get a call back within 24 hours or pricing was not disclosed. Our tech was Elesvan and he was very polite and worked efficiently to repair one door, install a lock on another, and put oil on all tracks.
A team of experienced technicians with more than 25 years came to my house too fix one of my two doors. As soon as they saw the door they knew exactly what they had to do. They didn't waste any time un-attaching the door panels from the overhead coil and I was in business within the hour. They even oiled and adjusted both doors. Money well spent. Durable Door texted me when the technician was on the way. Ellis arrived and my worries were over. He had a mask and was very professional. As he installed the new safety cables he explained why these were important. He also installed an electric eye on one of the 2 doors. In addition, he lubricated the rollers. Great employee.

Ellis came to our home this week to perform yearly maintenance on our garage doors. He was thoroughly professional, wore a mask to comply with Covid rules, and was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great experience with technician Elesvan Rojas last Friday. One of our garage doors was not working. Elesvan, had previously diagnosed a bad logic board. I chose Durable Door over two other local garage door companies because right from the time of first contact I was impressed with their staff (Lyndsay, Amanda and Joe). Then came their quote which was not only the best price, but comparatively, the best product for the price - e.g., torsion springs and 9.65 R value insulation rating. The two-week wait for installation was well within reason to secure the product/parts and coordinate schedules. I received a text the morning of installation telling me that the technicians were on their way and they arrived as expected and early within the appointment time. Juan and Hennry were our garage door technicians and their professionalism was top notch. Their installation was methodical and precise right through to clean up. We tried installing a motor for our garage door twice. Both times Sears told us it was either impossible or it would cost so much money. Henry came out from Durable Door and was so pleasant and walked us through the process in so much detail. He told us it would be work, but not impossible. He and his team did such a great job and now we finally have all the right railings and a motor to open the door.

On Wednesday, Jim Hurley came to our house to talk about a new garage door and opener. My husband was adamant about the door being vinyl. A work order was written up with the price. After getting another quote from a different company, we decided to use Durable. We did notice the work order did not say vinyl. I called Jim and he asked why not steel. I asked him if we had gone with him, we would have gotten steel, not vinyl? He then stated I will get a price on vinyl and get back with you. If we hadn't notice that the word vinyl was missing on the work order, we would have gotten steel. That is a deceiving way to do business.
